Cathy’s Takeaways

Order Cathy’s fresh fish or fishcakes with salad and fries. Or take a combo out of fish, fishcakes, calamari and salad or chips as side dishes. All prepared with traditional recipes. Chicken and other food also available, as well as side dishes. Other specialties include delightful fridge tarts and traditional jams, such as sour fig (suurvygie).

Willeen’s

Willeen’s started as a shop, offering craftworks and local delicacies. Due to demand a restaurant was added, which concentrates on traditional South African dishes. Willeen’s now offers breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as coffee and tea in between. There is also wonderful fishcakes, fresh bread and other food to order. In addition, Willeen provides an array of services which includes bicycles to rent and a babysitting service. Local crafts and curios and paintings by Diana Murtz are also on display and for sale.
