Students of 2017
More than thirty students are supported by the Trust in 2017.
Twenty of them are senior students; sixteen are first year students. They represent the future of the Arniston fishing community. It is a pleasure to support them.
Amanda is studying a MBChB (medical) at Stellenbosch University. In 2016, she graduated with a BSc in Physiology.
Bevan is in his second year Sports Management at the Stellenbosch Rugby Academy.
Julian enrolled at the Maties Referees Academy. At school he refereed all league matches. He matriculated in 2017.

Rantin is doing a Masters in Geography at UWC.
Courtney is studying LLB degree at the University of Western Cape.
Jamian is in his third and final year Electrical Infrastructure Construction at Boland College.
Fenito is in his second year Electronic Engineering at Stellenbosch University. He passed his first year with merit.
Lee-Ann is in her second year Biotechnology at UWC.
Abraham is in his second year Human Resource Management at BMT College. He passed with distinction in 2016.
Nicole is in her second year B.Ed (Foundation Phase) at Stellenbosch University.
Brendill is in his second year B.Com (Business Management) at Stellenbosch University.
Shane works in Cape Town at Siyabona Africa as a web developer. He is training as a tour guide at Livingstone Academy.
Jean is in her final year in Human Resource Management at Northlink College.
Inge is in her fourth and final year BEd at CPUT. She passed 2016 with distinction.
Lucinda is following a hairdressing course at the BN Academy.

Jody is studying B.Compt (Internal Audit) through UNISA. Jody works as an accountant in Mossel Bay while studying part-time.
Lucresia is studying through Forensics for Africa for a certificate in Forensic Crime Scene Reconstruction.
Vincent is studying for a diploma in Teaching Methodology at UNISA. He is head of the division Food and Beverage at the Arniston Spa Hotel.
Chad-Leigh is in his second year B.Ed at Stellenbosch University. He passed his first year with distinction.
Jeanrick is in his second year B.Ed (Senior) at North-West University.
Keziah is her fourth and final year LLB at UWC.

Rialdo is studying a B.Com in Marketing at UNISA. He is studying part-time while working full-time at the Africa Centre for HIV/Aids Management at Stellenbosch University.
Marshall is studying B.Ed at UNISA.
Houston is studying Early Childhood Education (Level 4) at Boland College. He is doing his practical at the kindergarten of Wagenhuiskranz Primary School.
Gail is in her fourth year B.Ed at North-West University. She is a Grade R teacher at Wagenhuiskranz Primary School. She is studying through distance learning.
Grant is in his third year Mechatronic Engineering at CPUT.
Miche is doing her Early Childhood Education (Level 4) at Boland College.
Abigail is studying Early Childhood Education (Level 1) at Boland College, Kleinmond. She is doing her practical at the kindergarten of Wagenhuiskranz Primary School.
Maxine is in her second year Human Resource Management at Damelin. She passed her first year with distinction.
Roche is attending a part-time Master in Public Administration at Stellenbosch University. She works part-time in the finance department of the Cape Agulhas Municipality.
Jeanrin is in her second year BTech Hospitality at CPUT. Her internship of six months is at 15 on Orange in Cape Town.
